The material we sell is guaranteed to function upon arrival, unless otherwise specified in the description.
If the product is broken or damaged upon arrival, please notify the shipping company representative (ie, the "FedEx person" who dropped your package) to initiate the claim process.
Please call us for other problems, or concerns. We will make it right if it is our fault.
Call 208.522.0055 to get an Returned Material Authorization (RMA) number from one of the sales staff. No material can be accepted without this number.
Once you use the material, we cannot credit you, as it is difficult if not impossible, to verify where the damage occurred [except in some very extreme cases] so please carefully check the material when it arrives at your door.
